چکیده
Atmospheric nitrogen deposition affects the health of forest ecosystems by altering soil microbial activity. However, effects addition levels, morphology and ecosystem type on whether is beneficial or detrimental to controver-sial, most studies have focused negative structure. Based this, this study conducted a four-year experiment (NaNO3) at two levels (10 20 kg N hm−2·yr−1) in understory Larix olgensis northeastern China properties, enzyme activities, analyze physi-cochemical properties correlation between them. The results showed that reduced pH increased NH4+-N NO3−-N contents, thus promoting activities Urease (Ure), Acid phosphatase (ACP) N-Acetamidoglucosidase (NAG) inhibiting activity Leucine aminopeptidase (LAP) soil, further improving diversity richness microorganisms increasing dominant taxa microorganisms. This may be due acidification caused nitrogen, which increases effectiveness moving direction, activity, making more suitable for growth acid-loving tree species L. olgensis. In general, favored development bacterial communities maintenance nutrient status, had positive effect status provide an important scientific basis adaptive management context global deposition.

Transcriptomic Response to Nitric Oxide Treatment in Larix olgensis Henry
Larix olgensis Henry is an important coniferous species found in plantation forests in northeastern China, but it is vulnerable to pathogens. Nitric oxide (NO) is an important molecule involved in plant resistance to pathogens. To study the regulatory role of NO at the transcriptional level, we characterized the transcriptomic response of L. olgensis seedlings to sodium nitroprusside (SNP, NO d...
متن کاملAdipoRon may be benefit for atherosclerosis prevention
Atherosclerosis has serious role in coronary arteries disease,so it is important to establish effective strategies for prevention or even treatment of atherosclerosis. Adiponectin, as one of the most abundant adipokines, has insulin sensitivity, anti-inflammatory and anti-atherogenic properties. Disturbed adiponectin actions through its receptor, (AdipoR1 and AdipoR2) may be involved in atheros...
متن کاملRoot stress and nitrogen deposition: consequences and research priorities.
Stress within tree roots may influence whole-tree responses to nutrient deficiencies or toxic ion accumulation, but the mechanisms that govern root responses to the belowground chemical environment are poorly quantified. Currently, root production is modeled using rates of forest production and stoichiometry, but this approach alone may be insufficient to forecast variability in forest response...
متن کاملImpact of Atmospheric Nitrogen Deposition on Carbon Storage Pathways along a Nitrogen Deposition Gradient in Coastal Sage Scrub Soils
Recent studies suggest that nitrogen can have significant effects on microbial activity and carbon storage by causing shifts in fungal:bacterial activity such that bacterial degradation pathways become dominant under high nitrogen conditions. If true, changes in fungal:bacterial (F:B) ratios could have a major impact on carbon storage in urban pollution affected soils that receive high amounts ...
متن کاملPhysiological evaluation of the responses of Larix olgensis families to drought stress and proteomic analysis of the superior family.
The conifer Larix olgensis has been analyzed to delineate physiological and proteomic changes that occur under drought stress. Studies of the deleterious effects of drought in the larch families have mainly focused on photosynthesis. In the present study, when the intensity of drought was increased, plant height was inhibited as both POD and MDA levels increased, which indicates oxidative stres...
